Account Use

Payments
Subscription fees are billed as agreed. Some implementations may require setup, training or data-migration fees.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to use PME in compliance with applicable laws.
Acceptable Use

Intellectual Property

Service Changes

Availability
We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance may be required.
Limitation Clauses
To the extent permitted by law, PME is provided on an "as is" basis and liability is limited as set out in your agreement.
Termination
You may stop using PME. We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach or as described in your agreement.
Governing Law
